Delivery Time

See your estimate / order. Your delivery time starts immediately, the day following your order. For all order with imprint, we require your correct imprint specifications.
You can rely on a smooth, efficient and effective processing of your order.

Imprint

We only use the most professional imprinting, engraving and stitching techniques in personalising your items. This guarantees the best possible display of your logo and text in true colours.
Personalisation is possible in any colour you wish. All standard colours can be selected free of charge. For specific Pantone colours, we charge an additional 7 Euro/colour. Do make sure to indicate these clearly with your order. Accuracy of PMS/Pantone colours can only be guaranteed on a white background. Any other background might impact your company colour. In order to avoid this, we always print your logo/text/headline in white first.
The set-up costs are the start-up costs of typesetting and of the preparation and set up of the printing presses.
For orders with imprint, the required quantity might vary slightly. From a technical point of view, it isn’t always possible to print the exact required amounts (e.g. ballpoint pens, paper, candy, production of giveaways, etc.). An over- or under-production of 10% is sometimes possible.
We would like to point out that (Pantone) colours can look different on ceramics and glass, due to the oven temperature. Baking imprints onto ceramics is scratch-resistant and dishwasher-safe, while imprints on glass are scratch-resistant but only wash-safe.
Imprint onto metal attach less than those onto synthetic materials. We advise engraving or a black imprint.

Delivery logo / personalisation

Deliver us a digital version of your logo or text. Digital artwork does guarantee the best quality. You can mail your files to artwork@pascopromotions.eu, ideally as an .eps file. Logos should be delivered as a vectorised Adobe Illustrator file. Texts should be delivered as letter contours, assuring that every computer reads the letters the same way. If you do not have .eps files available, just forward us what you do have. Most likely, we will be able to offer you a solution.

Free Printing Colour Proof

Several days after we receive your order, we send you a e-mail proof of your imprint for approval, free of charge. Upon your approval, we start the production process.

Free during office hours in the EuroZone for orders from 450 Euro to one address (ground floor) in Europe.

Order confirmation

After receiving your order, you will always receive an order confirmation, which includes all the important data regarding your order. We ask you to always check this confirmation carefully and to inform us about any possible errors.

We comply with all legal obligations, regulations and norms. In addition, we wholeheartedly and respectfully use a correct ethical code. Meeting and respecting all our agreements is a matter of pride to us.

Guarantee

Your order will be personally and meticulously managed and executed, from start to finish. After all, your order is as important to us as it is to you!
We will exchange products after damage, (partial) loss in transit, inferior quality.
Important Note: claims must reach us within 5 days of delivery.
